Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Processing time
Orders ship from Indiana within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During the holiday season, processing may take up to 4 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll email you with an expected ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping options
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. You can choose from:
- USPS Media Mail (books only, economy): usually 2–8 business days after shipping
- USPS Ground Advantage (standard): usually 2–5 business days after shipping
- USPS Priority Mail (fastest): usually 1–3 business days after shipping
Delivery times are estimates from USPS and aren't guaranteed. Media Mail is the most affordable option but can be slower, especially in November and December. If you need your order by a specific date, choose Priority Mail.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Digital products
Ebooks, printables and slide decks are delivered by email immediately after purchase, along with a download link on your order confirmation page. No shipping charges apply. If you don't see the email within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll make it right.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it.
